Help CenterWhen you want to make your troop available to more girls, you will just need to let us know how many girls you want in your troop. Check your roster - if you have more than you expect already, let us know what changes are needed. You can tell us in the Troop Changes Form.
You can also share an Invite friends to join your troop link from your troop in MyGS to allow families you already know to register to your troop, regardless of openings listed. (Located at the bottom of your troop roster in MyGS.)

Helpful Tips:
- We want new members to register themselves so that they have more access to see troop info, update personal info, complete renewals, and more.
- Keep your desired number up to date with GSNEO.
- Troops at or above their desired number are full now and when girls leave, those spots reopen. Check out our recomemnded Girl Scout Troop Size.
- If you know girls are leaving and you want to replace them for next year, just mark them as "Not Returning" in My GS and those spots will open up for next year.
- Be thoughtful about sharing the troop invitation link. The recipient can only use the link once, and expires at 6:00 AM the next morning. And it will allow members to join a troop that's already full.
