Tax Exempt Form

Troop purchases qualify for tax exemption as an extension of the Girl Scouts of North East Ohio (GSNEO).

If your troop or service unit is making purchases at one of our council shops, no form is required. You will simply be asked to verify some basic information which may include troop or service unit number, name, email, or phone.

If your troop is making purchases elsewhere and need to provide GSNEO's tax ID number or an Ohio Sales and Use Tax Blanket Exemption Certificate, you can find it at gsneo.org/forms or follow this link.
