To open a bank account for your group, you'll submit an Open Bank Account form online to Girl Scouts of North East Ohio (GSNEO). We'll send an authorization letter to the bank. Within 10 business days of the letter's date, the signers schedule with and go to the bank to open the account. Be sure to keep a copy of the bank's signature card.
After opening the account, submit the Bank Account Signer Form to GSNEO online. The form will ask you to upload a copy the bank's signature card and signed copies of GSNEO's Signer Agreement Form.
If your group had a previous bank account, be sure to close it first so you can provide a statement showing it has a zero balance when requesting to open your new account.
