Choose the Household tab on the left under your "My Account:"
You will see the name, troop, and roles for everyone in your household. If they are available for renewal, you will be to select which troop and/or role you wish to renew:
Choose Renew Now to select everyone needing renewal and skip step 5
OR
Select all or just the ones you choose to keep. "Add Renewal" will appear in the top right, along with your selections in the cart.
For each member renewing, review that your info is correct, choose your membership and payment type - you may apply for financial assistance for girls, here. Then save details and review your cart.
Verify your cart shows the correct troop placement and memberships
Submit any provided discount codes, agree to the terms then move on to complete your payment. (Discounts from codes will not appear until the payment page).
Wait a few minutes for the information to go through all of our systems. Once it has completed, your status will show as "Active" under Membership and if you are pending a background check, "Screening" for your roles.
